Mybrandmall  is committed to addressing every consumer grievance promptly and transparently. In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have designated a Grievance Officer to address all consumer concerns related to our products, services, content, or any other matter.

Resolution Timeline
Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours of receipt of your grievance
Resolution: Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt, in compliance with Rule 5(9) of the IT Rules, 2021
Sensitive personal data complaints: Within 15 (fifteen) days as per the DPDP Act 2023

Any supporting documents, screenshots, or evidence
Your preferred mode of communication for resolution
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may escalate your complaint to the appropriate authority:

Consumer disputes: National Consumer Helpline at consumerhelpline.gov.in or call 1915
Data privacy: Data Protection Board of India (under DPDP Act 2023) once operational
Online consumer complaints: National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal — consumerhelpline.gov.in
For e-commerce specific issues: Department of Consumer Affairs portal

All grievances are handled confidentially. We do not share your personal information or grievance details with any third party except as required by law or to resolve your complaint.
